Two little boys needed a room to play and do their homework. I was working with Cristi Holcombe on this design and she suggested a gallery wall with the boys' art.

I mean, who doesn't love Pinterest? Only people who have never been on, that's who. It still feels like summer here in Georgia but I am doing my part and wearing corduroy and suede to encourage cooler temps. It will work by this weekend, I'm sure of it.

I love a new project! The new ideas, the possibilities... the intricate puzzle begins! Every room and every family has different needs, goals and tastes.

Sad dusty green puffs in the corner. You know you had one. Perhaps you still do. Look at that fake ficus. It wants to go away, far far away.

Sometimes I drive to other neighborhoods to run so I can look at their houses. I realize this is sort of creepy and you can bet if I saw a stranger straining his/her neck to look at houses on my street while s/he ran, I'd be alerting the Neighborhood Watch.

As spring melts into summer, like me, you may be dying for a change, even just a little one. Perhaps you want a new haircut, a new outfit, to try a new restaurant.

My clients are cool, successful, and new parents to a gorgeous little boy. They insist on quality and have a great love of industrial, mid-century and modern design.

This table is where art is made, work is done, vegetables are tried, papers are read, milk is spilled, jokes are told, arguments begin, and forgiveness is granted. This is where life happens in the Sims household.

What is an outfit without accessories? A shirt and pants. What is a home without accessories? A place to sit. BLAH!!

Art is personal. I have three clients for whom I am searching for the ideal piece of art to complete their rooms. Each has a different perspective on and connection to art.

Selecting a paint color can be paralyzing. We have all seen the patchwork of options on our friend's (or our) walls being "tested" for months on end with no selection being made.

Yesterday I visited the Inspiration House at the annual Atlanta CATHEDRAL ANTIQUES SHOW. 

The new year always brings with it grand dreams and plans.
