It’s no secret that we absolutely love these clients and their dreamy farmhouse set on the most picturesque property, and it looks like we’re not alone. House Beautiful recently featured this project and definitely did it justice.

Having worked with this family before, we were all too happy to freshen up their very beige-y, no-color kitchen.

When a family of six with a love for life and all things color and pattern (Hello! Match made in heaven!) gives you carte blanche to overhaul their backyard and lower level of their home, dances of joy spontaneously erupt.

Many people dream of having their very own wine lounge, but for this Brookhaven, Georgia, family, it’s a fabulous reality. They love wine and had curated an extensive collection that deserved its own cellar, then realized their empty basement provided the perfect canvas on which to build.

We love this before-and-after kitchen — a fabulous transformation is our love language.

We love an old house for its character and charm, but 100-year-old Craftsman bungalows are not without their challenges. Before, the basement was, while spacious, essentially a dumping ground for a random assortment of household items, not the least of which included their refrigerator (during upstairs renovations). However, it held a ton of promise.

Some families come to us with essentially a blank slate to work with (which is great), but occasionally a family brings us something really special to create around, and that is a whole other kind of special. The Rajanna family — Kavita, Adam, and their two children — brought us their rich and diverse heritage and their incredible multicultural art collection to work with, which allowed us to dream up truly unique designs worthy of this beautiful family.

The Watson family opened the Distillery of Modern Art in Atlanta, an amazingly cool blend of art gallery and distillery, so it should be no surprise that in their home they prioritize special pieces of art.

This family’s home was farmhouse-style builder-grade. It had good bones, but needed an infusion of pattern, color, and texture to better reflect the fun people who live here.

When you get to work on a home with large expanses of incredible windows, it’s all about how to love and celebrate the space.

Our clients moved into an incredible loft in downtown Atlanta as newlyweds who worked in movie production and fashion, respectively, and they wanted their space to reflect who they were: fun, young, and a bit funky.

When the Bevaquas moved to the Powder Springs suburb of Atlanta, they wanted a home that evoked coastal calm without being kitschy. An elegant combination of soft blues, greens, and terracotta perfectly delivered this vibe, as did removing the tops of several heavy built-ins throughout the living room and bedrooms, to create an open, airy feel.

The Almassy family is decidedly male with two teenage boys, a dad, a mom, and giant dogs. So they came to us to try to make the house reflect more of the sole feminine presence but still handle their rough-and-tumble life, and we were more than happy to oblige.

We absolutely loved working with this client, a young family who had recently moved from Austin, Texas, to the Atlanta suburbs and majorly upgraded from a condo to a gorgeous, sprawling home to accommodate their growing family.

This family lives in the lovely town of Marietta, Georgia, and wanted a couple of bedroom updates — and a fun bonus room design that you’ll just have to keep reading to see.

This home is dubbed the DC House of Whimsy for obvious reasons — it’s full of whimsy, color, fun, playfulness, and sophistication. We think the unique blend of playful and sophisticated is what makes it special and honestly just a breath of fresh air.

Sometimes the simplest projects bring the most joy, and this business woman’s office is a perfect case in point.

We redid the main living area of this urban cabin a couple years ago, so we were happy when our clients asked us to come back and update their powder room . . . which just might be the oddest, most awkwardly laid-out little room ever. Nevertheless, we persisted!
