Model Staging

I helped my friend Jessica Teague set up and style a model apartment at Walton on the Chattahoochee this week. When you stage a model home/apartment, it has to look like a place people can see themselves living. It must be beautiful, personal, livable and practical. This is accomplished here with plenty of light, cozy elements like throws, rugs & pillows, lots of seating. You have to show people how they can lay out their rooms after they sign their lease.
